Man’s fashionable three piece suit
No matter how fashion changes, a three-piece custom made suit never really left the fashion scene, base, defend the authority of clothing meaning and legitimacy of man, at present, three suit parts for the old man, slim body after cutting, most people are fascinated by.

How to Pack for a Weekend in Vegas
Whether you’re there trying to bask in the last hours of freedom with your closest friends before tying that eternal knot with the fiancé or just trying to bank a few bucks during a business conference, there are very few weekend trips worth dressing up for more than a weekend in Vegas.
Sin City is a city that is perpetually straddling the line between refined luxury and tasteless gaudiness. So make sure you fall on the right side of that line. The key is to keep your look as simple and classy as possible and let the extremes of the city and the stories of the night do the talking.
Don’t be afraid to dress up.
Still, this doesn’t mean you can’t bust out a well tailored three-piece suit or accessorize with a nice pocket square and/or tie bar. After all, you’re in Vegas and there to live large for an intensely short period. At the same time, dressing up doesn’t necessarily mean dressing extravagantly. Don’t confuse the two. Add flair, but do so with tasteful restraint. If you’re going for a pocket square, perhaps reach for that white one instead of the multi-colored paisley. If you’re going for a tie, choose a slim solid tie over one with a colorful print. And remember, there is no need to over-accessorize; a pocket square with a crisp suit is better than good. If you want to dapper up even more with a tie, a tie bar and cuff links, then go for it.
Make sure your crew is on the same (sartorial) page
You go to Vegas for good times with your buddies – they are your back up, your wing-men and your partners in crime. So wherever you decide to roll, make sure everyone appropriately looks the part. The difference between “well-dressed” and “over-dressed” has a lot to do with context—and in this case, how you’re dressed in relation to your party. You don’t want to be walking through the casino decked out in a 3-piece suit with tie and colorful pocket square when all your friends are wearing t-shirts and casual button downs. You also should make sure that you and your boys don’t show up to Surrender in shorts and sneakers or you might as well give up and head home. Instead, own the night as a stylish entourage.
Be adaptable, loosen up.
You’re in Sin City, remember to not take things too seriously and look too uptight–don’t be like that dude standing alone in the corner, looking too cool (and probably bored as hell) with his dirty martini. As the night rolls forward, don’t be afraid of unbuttoning that collar or loosening up that tie a bit. Add a bit of Vegas sprezzatura to your look. The key, however, is to look refined and relaxed and not drunk and sloppy. This is another fine line that is all too easy to cross.
What to Pack
If you read our latest post on jetsetting in style with the right carry-on, here are 10 things you can pack to make sure your Vegas weekend goes smoothly:
- A solid navy, charcoal or light gray well-tailored suit with a matching vest
- A solid or simple patterned silk tie
- A pair of well-fitted jeans or chinos
- One crisp white dress shirt and a more casual shirt you can dress down with
- A pair of black/brown loafers or lace-ups
- A pair of clean casual sneakers
- A couple of white v-necks /crew necks
- A pair of fun swim trunks
- A little cash
- Protection (any and all kinds you may need)
The classic, can’t-go-wrong look: A simple navy blazer, with a crisp white dress shirt with the first button unbuttoned (and maybe the second one too as the night goes on), a white silk pocket square, dark well-fitted denim, and some brown leather lace-ups. Simple, relaxed and your ticket to enjoying the best (and the worst) that Vegas has to offer.

How to watch a fashion show
If you're thinking, "Sachin, who wears that sh*t?" you've read my mind. Hey, just because I'm a fashion editor doesn't mean I can't keep it real. The difference, however, is that I can look past what is presented on a runway and filter it for the takeaway value. That's what this is about. In fact, with enough know-how, you could even save a few bucks. Seriously. I'll get to that...
Say What?
A few seasons ago, I remember watching a model wearing a fisherman's hat with a navy blazer, a transparent knit wifebeater, checked pants, and sneaks. It was one of my favorite shows (Richard Chai). WTF, right? Wrong. Of course, at face value, runway looks can be ridiculous if not costumey, but they're not meant to be taken at face value. The reason designers present such extreme statements is that, well, it's a show. Truth be told, I'd be pretty bored watching a fashion show with models wearing jeans and a T-shirt with a pair of Converse shoes (which is what most of us wear on the weekends). As our friend designer Simon Spurr once said: "This is a designer’s biggest window each season to tell a story, send a message to the press and the public. Many designers (I hope, at least) don't intend their clothes to be worn exactly as they are shown on the runway."
What To Look For
Now that you can get over your initial reaction to the image, focus on what's being said -- no matter how weird it may get. Here's what I'm jotting down in my Moleskine:Identify Themes: In the case of the aforementioned look, it's clear that fishing and beach themes are at play here. These outdoor and aquatic themes will work well for men in a sportswear or streetwear context. What guy doesn't want to feel like he's at the beach in the spring when he's actually pounding the city pavement?
Identify Colors And Patterns: Forget the transparent knit wifebeater; mixing the solid navy blazer with a navy-and-gray cuffed checked pant that reveals a bit of ankle is a good way of breaking up the traditional suit.
Identify Cuts: Who's sick of skinny jeans? It's nice to see that the silhouette has loosened up. The addition of the fisherman's hat and sneakers reinforces the "relaxed" take on men's suiting.
What Doesn't Work: Even when you look past all of the craziness, sometimes there's still stuff that doesn't work. A few seasons ago, for example, designer sweatpants were "in." To our surprise, a few well-known men's magazines were supporting this trend. We, however, found it absurd to dish out $300 on sweatpants. And we called this out. Again, it's not our job to gush over every fashion show we see; it's our job to filter through them -- even the crap.

Quick Men’s Fashion Tips #4: Neckties
http://www.ausuit.com.au/index.html
For the second post of today I bring you the logical counterpart: neckties. For a business staple, many men still get this garment so badly wrong, so keep these quick tips in mind at all times.
I’m off to enjoy the remaining minutes of sunshine before the inevitable British weather takes hold. Hope you are all having a great weekend wherever you are in the world.
Until next time, enjoy…
1. Go for fine fabrics
Whilst ties are available in a range of textiles, silk is much easier to handle than wool. That said, polyester and nylon rarely look anything more than shiny and synthetic.
2. There’s nothing wrong with a ‘Four in Hand’…
It’s simple, stylish and timeless. There’s nothing fundamentally wrong with sporting the ‘Four in Hand’ knot, plus it works particularly well with skinny ties.
3. …But, there’s more to life than just ‘Four in Hand’
Don’t be afraid to try out the like of the Shelby or Half Windsor once in a while; there are plenty of online resources teaching you how to tie a whole range of knots.
4. Practice your knots
There’s little worse, fashion wise, than a badly knotted Windsor. Avoid those unwieldy and swollen knots by tying with care and attention.
5. Keep your length consistent
Your tie should just touch your belt and never too far above or below it. Anything too long or short looks ridiculous.
6. Always keep things simple
Don’t wear boldly contrasting patterns and colors together; that is to say, never put an orange polka dot tie with a yellow paisley shirt or vice versa.
7. Never reveal your neckline
Always ensure your shirt’s top button is sealed when wearing a tie for business; similarly, if the tie doesn’t hide the neckline your knot is too loose.
8. Check yourself
Unless you’ve looked in a mirror before leaving the house, you’re not ready to go yet. Always adjust and straighten your knot when leaving for work in the morning.
9. Tie color is important
Remember, colors say different things about your personality. Generally speaking, the accepted rule is plain, conservative reds and blues for job interviews and black for a funeral.

An Introduction to Seersucker for Men
Now the warm weather has arrived, it’s time to take the opportunity to introduce to you the wonderful fabric, seersucker. But what is it, and how on earth are you supposed to wear it?
Allow me to guide you through the ins and outs of this ‘spring/summer’ cloth and how you can use it to great effect this season and next.
Let’s kick things off with a quick definition shall we…
What is Seersucker?Put simply, seersucker is a thin, cotton-based fabric, specifically woven to ensure the threads cluster together thus creating a wrinkly, almost bumpy, texture. This has the benefit of holding hot air away from the body, keeping you cool throughout the hotter months.
It also means you can put the steam press away; your seersucker will never iron flat, so you can save yourself some time and effort and instead enjoy the rumpled puckering of the cloth.
Where can I wear it?Treat seersucker in much the same way as you would linen. Think afternoons on the beach, summer excursions and barbecues with friends – anywhere that ‘relaxing’ is on the agenda.
While the fashionistas can get away with styling seersucker for more formal occasions, I’d advise against going ‘out on a limb’ for beginners – instead, stick to casual events, or the summer office picnic if you really do insist on using it in a business environment.
What should I avoid?Keep away from candy stripe colours and all-white ensembles, unless you want to be mistaken for a 1950s ice cream merchant or Colonel Sanders himself!
If you’re thinking about wearing a seersucker suit, chose classic colours like gray and light blue – these look great paired with a crisp white shirt.
Remember not to go overboard by pairing seersucker with excessive patterns. Keep complements to a solid colour, preferably in a light pastel or with a neutral tone.
Finally, seersucker is best worn after Easter. While this rule is somewhat flexible depending on the weather, be sure to have it stowed away again by early September time.
How should I wear it?Keep things loose and simple. It’s far too easy to go overboard with seersucker. Choose classic accessories like solid coloured neckties, and simple canvas shoes if you have them. Seersucker has built-in flair so don’t feel you have to go over the top. Less is definitely more in this instance.
If you’ve chosen seersucker shorts, stick with basic polo and dress shirts. Be sure to tuck things in though, as the rumpled seersucker can make the look sloppy otherwise.

Do you know how to pair your leather shoes
Like a suit of men must be paired with a leather shoes, leather shoes appropriate, ensuring that? The details of what? how to mix?
Men's suits with leather shoes are more afraid of the error. Although footwear is a supporting role, but also because of the overall mix and feels very comfortable, can not be arbitrary. To reflect the range of dress shoes, put on the tendon at the end of the British men's style is still very good, you better be able to tie his shoe. To find leather shoes men retreated with the details, the details of the dress and shoes for men is still very important, especially the shoes can not be more like white socks with them.
Dress shoes for men of color, pay attention to:
